This retreat is here to give you an opportunity to step out of your day to day, surround yourself with nature, meet new like minded souls, learn something new and to practice meditation and slow living.
Slow living is getting back to simple practices, out of the rat race and into the present moment.
The retreat will include an Intro to Meditation workshop for anyone who is looking to experience meditating for the first time.
There will be optional yoga classes, massages, creative workshops, nutritious cooking classes and other exciting and relaxing things on, as well as open space in the schedule for you to go and sit in nature, go for a swim, journal or chat with our other retreat guests.
