Since becoming a life coach a question I am often asked is ‘Who needs a life coach?’
Short answer – EVERYONE
Ok maybe ‘needs’ is too strong a word, what I know for sure is that everyone would benefit from having a coach in their life. The key is finding the right coach for you.
A comment I have heard oh so many times over the past few months is that it’s the people who have a major crisis or something ‘wrong’ with their life that are most likely to need coaching, a fair few well-intended friends and acquaintances have told me that as soon as they face a major life hardship they will give me a call for my coaching services.
People facing massive challenges in their life could very well benefit from some life coaching if they are wanting to and ready to move forward. Coaches are for people who are ready to take action, coaches are for people who know that their life is their own responsibility.
Your coach is not there to ‘fix’ your life or to tell you what to do or to magically be able to tell you what your life purpose is after one session.
Your coach is there to provide support, encouragement, accountability, inspiration, motivation and sometimes even education. When you find the right coach for you they will create a space where you can take your life to the next level.
Your coach will help you think and act in new ways to achieve new results. Your coach will push you further than you would have been able to go on your own.
Your coach can help you become aware of blocks within yourself and once you have that awareness you can start to make the shift to become clear.
Who wouldn’t benefit from a person in their life like that right?
Just like when an athlete with so much natural talent wants to go pro, they seek out a coach to take them to the next level. In whatever area of your life you want to improve, even if you are already doing amazingly, there will be a coach to help you go further.
Life is so much more fun when we live from a place of being our best selves, where we are well on our way to achieving our highest potential and everything we do is aligned with who we want to be.
Completing my life coach training with Beautiful You was an incredible experience, I expected to learn new skills in how to coach and what I didn’t expect was to have such a life changing journey where I would experience so much growth in six short months. Part of the training was being coaching by one of my fellow graduates from the course plus connecting with an incredible like-minded group of women, these two things along were an amazing benefit of studying with Beautiful You.

In summary, we all need support and an extra push in becoming better versions of ourselves.
